©Gill Billington. All rights reserved. View of the bow of the restored Cutty Sark tea clipper with one of the old figureheads, a golden eagle in the foreground. The ship was built in 1869 and used to transport tea from China, then from 1885 to 1895 it was used to bring wool from Sydney, Australia to London. In 1954 the ship was transferred to dry dock in Greenwich, London and has now been fully restored. This picture makes great modern or contemporary interior design room decor for your home or business.
